Processing Times

As a small business, all orders are packed with care by our team in Normanby, Middlesbrough.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 working days
  • During launches, promotions, and busy seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer
  • Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch.

DPD

  • Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Local Collection

Local collection may be available for customers in the Middlesbrough area. If collection is available, this option will appear at checkout, and you will be contacted when your order is ready.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has taken longer than 7 days to be delivered from the date of dispatch, please contact us via email.

Please include:

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently do offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available, customs fees, taxes, and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade Products Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur. This does not affect product quality.
